- Tax Litigations: Successfully Represented more than 900 clients, before of Tax authority and Appellate authority.
- Internal Audits: Designed and implemented comprehensive internal audit frameworks for companies across various sectors: Auto Part Manufacturing, Hospitality, IT Sector, Retail & Wholesale (Electrical and Electronics). Conducted risk assessments, identified controls gaps, and provided strategic recommendations to mitigate risks and enhance internal controls.
- Special Assignment: Provided auditing and tax consultation services to Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) projects valued at over INR ?120 crores.
- Forensic Assignment: Conducted comprehensive investigative audits and forensic accounting examinations for Non-Performing Asset (NPA) borrowers of a prominent bank, involving amounts exceeding INR ?50 crores.
